Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, Replacements & Refunds

Radiance Fragrance Policy

Once an order has shipped, Radiance Fragrance does not accept returns, as we cannot guarantee product integrity after it has been delivered. A cancellation request must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase for us to consider stopping or reversing an order.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it.
If the cancellation request was made before the order was shipped, but the package has already left our facility, you may refuse delivery so the package is automatically returned to us by the postal carrier. The cost of returning a cancelled order is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the unopened, original package back and verify its condition, we will issue a refund.

Product Authenticity Guarantee

All fragrance samples and decants sold by Radiance Fragrance are 100% authentic, filled from the original manufacturer’s bottle with great care and attention to detail.

Damaged / Defective Orders

We package all orders securely to ensure safe delivery.
If your item arrives broken, leaking, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the product as received

  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

We will work quickly to correct the issue by offering a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Claims made after 3 days of delivery cannot be accommodated.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:

  • We made a shipping mistake, or

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

Please allow 3–5 business days for approved refunds to appear back on your account after processing.

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Shipping and handling fees (unless the product was damaged or incorrect)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is shown as delivered by the carrier to the correct address provided at checkout, Radiance Fragrance is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you believe your package is missing, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.


How to Request a Refund

To submit a request for an eligible refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email support@radiancefragrance.com within 5 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and reason for the request

  3. Our support team will respond with next steps if a return or additional information is required

  4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  5. Please allow 7–10 business days for refund completion once the returned product is received and inspected


Policy Updates

Radiance Fragrance may modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
