Order Processing & Fulfillment

We work hard to ship orders quickly. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM (EST).
Orders are typically shipped in 1-2 business days after orders are placed. 

During holidays, sales events, or unexpected inventory delays, processing times may be slightly extended. If a product becomes unavailable before inventory updates, we will notify you immediately and ship your order as soon as stock is replenished.


Shipping Rates

  • United States:
    Free standard shipping on orders $50+ (before tax & shipping fees).
    Orders under $50 will have shipping rates displayed at checkout.

  • International Shipping:
    Available worldwide — rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
    Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
    We do not ship to freight forwarding or third-party shipping centers.


Delivery Times

  • U.S. Orders: Typically 3–6 business days from dispatch

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number or packing slip

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping is covered by Radiance Fragrance only if we made an error or the goods arrived damaged.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is confirmed delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, Radiance Fragrance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your order was misdelivered or stolen, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We are always happy to help guide you in the process.


Refunds for Shipping Issues

For approved refunds involving shipping-related concerns:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear after processing

If a return is required as part of the resolution, our support team will provide instructions.
